And after a hard day of sightseeing I like to spend the evening listening to country music while Kalyn writes letters.  Here’s a picture of Kalyn writing letters while I listen to country music . . .

The town is so friendly that they even allow Kalyn to direct traffic on Front Street . . .

Kalyn has put her shooting range earmuffs to a more practical use.  I’m starting to think that she doesn’t like my music!  ‘til next time.  Hugs all around, Chuck and Kalyn

Hello from Louisiana!  We are now in Natchitoches (pronounced nack-a-dish), Louisiana.  We just signed up for a month here at the Nakatosh Campground.  The monthly rate is $6.36 per day with full hookups.  At these prices we may just spend the winter!  There is a lot to see and do in the area including plantation tours, gator farms, 4-wheelin’ in the Kistache National Forest, museums, fish hatcheries and even a Rebel Commemorative site.  We like to walk around the Old Town section and relax by the Cane River . . .
